Does Article Marketing Make Money?: Free Article Content

Some webmasters try to use articles from free content directories to get visitors to their site and make some money. This is mostly important for those who have just begun in Network Marketing or working as an affiliate for several companies and do not yet have any funding, yet need to built small niche websites to visitors to their site so that they can begin making money.

Although this can sometimes be the only option for those who are running on a non-existent budget, it is not a way that will effectively build your network marketing business, website or revenue if it is the only system in use. There are a few potential reasons why this may be detrimental to your business building efforts.

Problem #1 – Search Engines

Search engines will only look down upon your site if it has the exact same duplicated content than other sites. The more sites that share your content, the less it will help you achieve good search engine rankings.

Good search engine rankings are essential in getting visitors to your blog or website so that they have a chance to add their name and email address to your opt in forms. If you cannot even get visitors, then will never make any money. Working on the search engine optimization of your site so that you will eventually be high enough in the results to get customers, should be priority one.

Problem #2 – Getting visitors to click

Although getting your site high on search engine result pages and acquiring site visitors is hard work, unfortunately this is only half of the battle. You must also be able to convince those visitors to opt into your free training that you offer. If your visitors see the same content they have seen on a multitude of other sites, they will be least likely to think of you as an authority in the industry. This is because most people want to work with people that they trust or whom they feel like are an expert on the subject.

If your content is just duplicated from other sites, you will be exposed as someone who does not really know what they are talking about and therefore will not look heavily on your product recommendations. This will reduce the number of website visitors who will be willing to click through.

Problem #3 – Author Bylines

Most free content is only given to you if you agree to place the authors byline under the article (you can get into trouble if you try to use it without following the stipulated rules). This poses a problem because most author bylines include links. When a reader gets done reading a really intriguing article, there is a strong possibility that they will click on the author’s signature link rather than your links. This is the entire reason why these authors offer free content to begin with, so that they may get their name and links out there to the public. Using this type of content may mean shooting yourself in the foot and losing possible profitable website visitors.

Once you put these three problems together, you are looking at a serious decline in revenue simply because you used free website content from article directories. Although it may be the only option for some, if you have the funds to buy your own original content, then you should go this route. If you don’t have the funds, however, you may be better off writing your own content and then hiring professional services once you have made a profit to work with.

The bottom line is write your own content, or if you use someone elses – spin it and add more relevant content.  Google will love you!

Internet Network Marketing Exclusively Through Online Methods – Will That Really Work?

With all this hub bub about online methods of building networks, it is quite evident that most people think that they can do away with the old school methods of calling friends and family forever.

People think that they do not need to talk to their prospects or have a friendship with them because the Internet is strong enough to push the ball to the hole. With the introduction of blogs, Facebook and Twitter, this feeling has become much more pronounced. The question every marketer asks early into their careers is, “Which methods, online or offline, are the most effective in building Network Marketing businesses?”

Now, one cannot answer this question right away because there are ups and downs to both these methods.

When you speak about offline methods of building a network marketing business, you are limited in numbers. Offline, you could meet only a few people and you have to take the time to drive to their house and meet them.

The very fact that you are not meeting a large number of people reduces your prospects drastically. It also entails a lot of expense because you have to travel to meet the person and also entertain them while you are meeting them. Most marketers have an ideology that they have to impress their clients to get them to join the network which adds to the expense.

At the same time, online methods have their pitfalls too. Most puritans in the field of network marketing would say that one cannot make personal relations when prospecting online, and network marketing is all about building human relations. They would also say that you tend to sponsor the wrong people in your network when you are prospecting through the Internet because you cannot see the person. You might end up taking a lot of people in your network who do not bring in new members, leading to stagnation.

So, there are diametrically opposite viewpoints here.

But the best answer would be this – we have to take the best of both methods. The most optimal solution would be to prospect clients through the Internet, and then to prospect them with a physical meeting when their interest has been piqued.

In short, the Internet could be used as a medium for lead generation, but for really closing the deal so to say, the best way would be to communicate with them via FaceBook and the telephone and get to know them.

Of course, meeting them in person is not possible because you cannot travel every time to where the client is. In any case, Social media (Web 2.0) is a solution that you can use. In all other instances, you can use the Internet to find your prospects and then use your best judgement to separate the men from the boys. But using exclusively online methods for building a network on which your business is pegged as a risky proposition.

Creating Good Quality Network Marketing Blogs

There is no denying the fact that a blog can take your network marketing business places. People love the open communication that you can have on a blog, they love the interactivity and they love the fact that they get replies to the questions they pose. A blog is as close to dealing with a real person as it can get.

Even from the point of view of the network marketer, having a blog is a great idea. The fantastic search engine optimization that blogs have is something that cannot be undermined. Search engines rank blogs highly if they have regularly updated content. Blogs can be used for lead capturing because of the website links that they can carry and because of the fact that they can be used for giving freebies such as eBook downloads and newsletter subscriptions.  However, it must be noted that network marketing blogs are different from usual blogs. Here we take a look at some of these aspects that are different.

The Written Content

The content will speak directly about network marketing or a subject that is allied to it. When making the post, it should carry a strong opinion of the writer. This is what stamps the seal of credibility in the minds of the readers. The content must have good keywords taken from a source such as Google’s Keyword External Tool. People who are looking for network marketing as a business opportunity are definitely not looking for extensive content, but they are looking for some crisp information. So breaking down the information into small paragraphs or bulleted lists is a very important thing to do.

The Plug Ins and Tools

Blogs can be spruced up with a lot of plug ins, of which the syndication plug in is the most important. This plug in informs visitors that there is some new content put up on the blog and even gives them the link. There are several other such plug ins that can really come in handy. One of the reasons why people prefer WordPress is that it provides a bigger range of plug ins than other blog software.

Not Too Much Sales Pitch

You will find that the genuine network marketing websites and blogs do not push their products relentlessly. The tone is always kept subtle keeping in mind the way that the average Internet user is going to stumble upon the blog looking for information and not to join a plan right away.

I hope these MLM Blogging Secrets can help you right away!

Network Marketing Training – Outsourcing Your Internet Network Marketing Business

If you are running an Internet Network Marketing home business by yourself up until now, it could make some real good sense to outsource {part of it|some of it|a section of your business}. There is more than one reason to do it. Firstly, you will be able to {distribute|give out|hand out} some of your workload to another person, which means you get more work done. Since you will be {distributing|handing out|delegating} things you aren’t adept in, or things that you don’t have an inclination to do yourself, you will be actually {improving|making better} the quality of your business. This is because the person you outsource the work to will be a professional in that particular area. Outsourcing is also a good idea because, when done correctly, it can actually help you save a lot of money.

But, the important question is – what can you outsource There are three main areas of your workload that you can effectively outsource-

-    You can outsource work {that you aren’t skilled at doing|for skills you do not have}. For {instance|eample}, {if you aren’t a good writer|if you’re not good at writing}, you could outsource the content requirement for your business website to a writer.

-    You can outsource work that you don’t have time or inclination to accomplish. When your business {grows|expands}, you will find that there are a lot of tasks that you cannot meet up with. Instead of jumping deadlines and losing out on {plum|ripe|profitable} assignments and getting a bad name, it is a good idea to outsource this work and get it done.

-    You can outsource work that you have a chance to save money by doing so. For instance, a web designer might cost a {bomb|ton of money|a lot of money} in the part of the world you live in. However, they may cost significantly less in another part of the world. You could save money through outsourcing such jobs for a lower price.

At the same time, there are various jobs that you mustn’t outsource. Here is a list of them-
-    Do not outsource anything that speaks of your business’ personality. Your business has a particular identity and that’s because you run it. For example, your business blog has a particular identity when you manage it and probably people are coming to read it because they like your style. You mustn’t outsource any part of your business that’s so personal to it.

-    Do not outsource anything that is sensitive to your business. For example, you shouldn’t outsource your accounting needs to someone you barely know.

Outsourcing is an option which can expand your business when used correctly. Be careful about it, make your plans and outsource parts of your business to qualified people from across the world. That can take your home business places.

MLM personal finance success is a Quality you MUST Have

Personal finance success is a skill you must have in MLM

think about this. Having the exact skills will get you a long way in this business. But with the wrong attitude, how long do you think your personal finance in MLM will stay on track? As with all aspects in life, there are things required in life beside know-how’s.

So it is not really surprising that in the world of MLM, attitude is the strongest determinant of your personal finance success.

Business structure, compensation plan, product and training systems are all important. But without the right financial attitude, they are just tools lying unused in a tool box – they don’t end up building any real-time personal finance in MLM.

It makes sense for those who are just new to building personal finance in MLM to focus on this all-important aspect. That is, if they want to be successful.

The only question left is what kind of attitude you should focus on.

Be coachable.

There’s no quicker way to fail in the world of MLM personal finance than to walk into a business assuming you already know what is going to work and what would not.

It is true that different people have different strengths. And different methods work better for some than for others. But it is important to remember that if a lot of money is to be made in MLM, personal finance must come first.

Get alongside as many of your successful upline as you can. Ask them how you can make your business work, listen to what they say, and then follow through on their suggestions.  Do not reinvent the wheel, so to speak.

If something does not seem to be working, get alongside them again. Ask them what you could be doing differently, rather than assuming Network Marketing does not work.

Know Your Why.

While there may well be people who get into MLM because they genuinely enjoy the challenges of the sales process, Most come on board to lean how to create residual wealth.

Whether these people saw the potential to provide for their families, to create a financially secure future for themselves, or just to finally be debt-free, there is something in the original opportunity that inspired them to get involved. Their own purpose.

A big part of motivating people to do the work that needs to be done in MLM is keeping that purpose at the forefront of their minds. If a person wants to get there, he or she got to do what it takes.

Stay positive.

Making huge money in MLM is related to developing the ability to stay positive.

Like anything else, there will be ups and downs along the process. Staying positive through the downs would not just make you more successful in the long run; it will make life far more enjoyable while you are getting there.

There you have it. The three keys to developing an attitude that will lead you to your MLM personal success.

What is the great thing about attitude determining your success? It is the one thing you have complete control over. You may not be able to do anything to change your company’s business structure, compensation plan, product or training systems, but you can always adjust your attitude.

Make a commitment to yourself. Learn what you need to learn to change what you need to change. You MLM career depends on it.

Don’t Forget – 4 Things ALL Articles Must Have

4 Things ALL Articles Must Have – Don’t Forget!

The importance of articles in today’s blogs and internet based companies are immeasurable. They mandate a lot in the success and the drive of traffic into one’s site.   It has become a key element in making a site work and showing a profit. A webmaster and owner must have the good sense to include articles in his or her site that will work for them and earn them the many benefits articles can give to their site.

Articles have been known to be the driving force in driving traffic to a website. Articles are a factor in giving site high rankings in all the search engines. The higher a site ranks the bigger slice of the traffic flow pie he gets. With a huge number in traffic flow, there are more profits and more potential for other income generating schemes as well.

But, it is not just about stuffing your site with articles; they have certain requirements as well. These requirements must be met to obtain the maximum benefits an article will provide for your site. A well written article will catch the eyes and interest of your customers and keep them coming back for more.  They would also be able to recommend your site to others.

Here are some tips to help you and assist you in making your articles. Below you will read about four things all articles must have to make it successful and helpful in making your site a profit earning and traffic overflowing site.

•    Keywords and Keyword Phrases.

An article must always be centered on the keywords and keyword phrases. As each website visitor goes to a site, there are those who are just merely browsing but actually looking for a specific something. When this happens, a searcher usually goes to a search engine and types in the keywords they are looking for (e.g. Toyota Camry, Meningitis, Tax Lawyer and Etcetera). It could be anything they want.

The Important thing is that you have an article that has the keywords that are related to your site. For example, if you maintain an auto parts site, you must be able t have articles about cars and their parts.  There are many tools in the internet that provides service in helping a webmaster out in determining what keywords and keyword phrases are mostly sought out. You can use this tool to determine what keywords to use and write about.

•    Keyword Density

Know that you have your keywords and keyword phrases, you must use them fully. An article must have good keyword density for a search engine to “feel” its presence. Articles should at least have ten to fifteen percent of keyword density in their content for search engines to rank a site high in their search results. Getting a high rank is what articles do best for a site.

Keyword density is the number of times a keyword or keyword phrase is used on an article. The number varies depending on the number of words used in an article. An effective article must have a keyword density that is not too high or too low. With a very high density, the essence of the article is lost and may turn off a reader as well as the search engines. It comes off as overeager. A low number may be ignored by the search engines.

•    Good Article Content

Like what is stated above, you cannot just riddle an article with keywords. They must also be regarded as good reading materials. Articles must be able to entertain people as well as provide good information and help for their needs. Articles should be written well with correct spelling and good grammar. If you want people to trust you, make your work good and well thought out.

People respond well to figures, facts and statistics. Try to get great information and as many facts as you can. A good and well written article will boost your reputation as an expert in your chosen field or topic. As more people believe in you. They will be able to trust you and your products.

•    Linking Articles

And another important thing to remember. If you are going to submit articles to ezines and/or contribute your articles to newsletters and other sites, DON’T ever forget to include a link to your site. A little resource box with a brief description of your site and you should always be placed right after your articles that you have submitted. If people like your articles, they will most likely click on the link directing them to your site.

Writing Articles as an Affordable Internet Marketing Method

From Google Adwords Tool, a keyword suggestion tool,  you will see the millions of searches done to a certain keyword.  When these keywords are typed on search boxes of search engines, indexed websites containing articles with those keywords will be displayed. And this is what leads traffic to websites with keyword-rich articles. Yes, the magic word is articles.

Content is king. You can say that again. That is why writing articles is one of the most utilized Internet marketing media today. Internet surfers just can’t get enough of information on various fields. Providing information through these articles is a surefire way to drive hot traffic to your web site.

Why is this so? Here are the benefits that writing articles can give your Internet business.

1. It’s absolutely free.

Too good to be true? Not. Okay, you have to {pay|spend money} for your Internet Service Provider. That’s it. All you need is your {thoughts|imagination}, your computer, and your hands. If you have those, nothing will stop you from {typing words|creating content} that will make you complete that article for your {website|blog}. On which aspect of that process did you really shell out {any cent|any money}? Maybe later when your electric bills come.

2. Your website {will be noticed|will begin to get massive amounts of traffic} in a short period of time.

Submit that article of yours to article directories that get the most web traffic and in no time your web site will be {crawled|indexed by the search engines}. That is if you don’t forget including your {resource box|signature with backlinks} or byline.

3. Obtain back links automatically.

When you submit your articles to directories, surely, other websites will make use of your article too. With the copyright terms of your articles, the URL of your website will still be in tact and will subsequently direct more traffic to your website.

4. Improve your reputation.

As an Internet marketer, if you plainly display your products on your website, you will not gain much conversion rate. Conversion is when your traffic converts to sales. You have to show that you are knowledgeable on your field. And what better way to show that than by writing articles that will allow you some bragging rights, right?

Just make your {creative juices|imagination} flow and jot down or key in those ideas quickly to jumpstart your article writing momentum. With those benefits listed above, a writer’s block is the last problem you will ever be able to surmount.

4 Steps to using Article marketing correctly for Newbies

Article marketing has been around for such a long time now and it’s a great way to promote your products, services and network marketing business to a large audience for free. Even if you are not the imaginative type, it’s not very difficult to assemble a 500 word article from nothing. In fact, it’s rather simple. You can easily research and pull all the data you need right from the web and then simply generate a new article to submit to the directories. Here are four steps that will help you be more successful with your article submissions.

1)    Before you press “article submit” remember to include your author information at the bottom of every article you write. You’ll also want to include a link to your website or affiliate product. One of the nice things about article marketing is that you don’t really even need your own website. You can simply use affiliate programs to write reviews about and then link to the product sales page from your article.
2)    Be honest about what you are saying to people and they will be more likely to see you as a resource for information. The idea isn’t to do a hard sell to anyone. In fact, you want to do the exact opposite. Write your articles with character and honesty and your readers will appreciate your effort. You will be rewards with affiliate sales if you do this step correctly.
3)    If you still can’t seem to be able to create an entire article on your own, you have one other option to consider. You can search the article directories for topics you are interested in, then, write intro/summary paragraphs and enclose the article. Then you can resubmit the article with your new content and affiliate or website links. This is also a great tactic if you run a blog.
4)    Stay on target within your niche. Don’t write about something you have no idea about. Stick with topics that interest you. You will be less likely to lose interest in the project if you can find a way to make it more entertaining.

Article submitting for profit will not create traffic to your site over night, but it can give you the opportunity to start with something small and then build your way up massive traffic with consistency using the right tools to speed the process.

There is basically no investment other than your time and energy. You can be very successful if you treat it as a real job and not just some side project.

Why a Home Business is Vital!

Let me ask you a question. Who are the tax laws designed to benefit?

If you answered – businesses, then you are CORRECT.

The tax laws and deductions in America were designed, and created, to benefit and stimulate business growth – which equals job creation – which equals economic stimulus.

This leads me to the ultimate fact of life in America. EVERYONE should have a home-based business to take advantage of the tax breaks given ONLY to businesses. I do not care if you sell cotton candy out a window of your home, you need a business to create tax savings and that equals more money in your pocket.

Please don’t take my word for it. Do a Google search on tax benefits of a home business. Please! I beg you to. You will see eye opening facts.

I have a gift for you from one of the leading tax advisors in the world. In fact, he is a iLearning Global faculty member. His name is Sandy Botkin, CPA.

The gift is “What the Economic Stimulus Act Means to YOU” is valuable information on tax deductions you are MISSING without a home business. Just click the link and you can download the PFD.

I cannot stress to you how important it is to you and your family to begin a home business immediately.

That being said, there is nothing like the home business opportunity of  iLearning Global. I encourage you to do your research and find out if this is right for you.

Where else will you find a 68% commission payout on a product you do not have to stock and is delivered electronically over the Internet?

Where else will you find a product that everyone needs and will benefit from daily?

Let me know.
